Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email] with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Fragile or breakable items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
