Returns

Our policy

If a piece is not right, send it back within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached where applicable. We will refund the purchase price in full to your original payment method.

Final pieces

One-of-a-kind pieces from The Vault cannot be returned, and the same is true of any piece marked as final on its product page. We will tell you clearly before you commit.

How to return

Write to alison@barringtonhouse.co with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Returns for any reason other than damage on arrival are subject to original shipping costs.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the damage and the box before unpacking further, and write to us. We will replace or refund without question and cover all costs.
